4w1d - isn't it too early for symptoms?

It is still hard to believe that I am pregnant, but I guess it is starting to sink in. I am wondering if the symptoms I have been feeling are because I now know I am PG, or if I had waited until today for my beta if I'd be feeling the same. Yesterday, I was feeling a little queasy in the tummy and was hungry when I went to bed, and hungry when I woke up. I've been sneezing a lot today, but I've never heard that as a symptom!

I am getting a little nervous about my blood test Monday. I really hope my levels will be rising correctly. I know it does no good to worry about something that is totally out of my hands. I guess I am kinda holding my breath until Monday and REALLY holding my breath until my 6w sonogram that we will be able to see the heartbeat and see if there are one or two in there!
